For some considerable time we have been taking care of a number of superior villas and apartments. We characterise these as properties where the owner has furnished them as if they were living there permanently themselves, and require them maintained as such no matter whomsoever is staying, be they family, friends or renters.

  Not all these properties would be classified as expensive but individual and characterful certainly.

  We do not look to, nor want, dozens of clients as we give highly personalised attention and care. If you feel that we may be in a position to help please do make contact with us. As with our property sales we shall not let you down.

  We operate in a different manner to other management companies in that we only charge an annual fee and all other outgoings and expenses are accounted for at cost. We understand that individual requirements differ and this way enables the property owner to be fully aware of expenditure.
