Chameleon Properties – is based in the Axarquia village of Torrox but takes as its main market region the Eastern Axarquia which includes Frigliana, Competa, Sayalonga and north of Velez Malaga up to the Viñuela Lake and Alcaucin.

  Torrox itself is really in two parts, the coastal area – Torrox Costa – developing fast as a tourist area with the attendant bars, restaurants and nightlife, and the village (Pueblo) 4Kms inland, more residential and somewhat more sedate. Many village houses are being purchased and renovated and are particularly prized by foreigners, with a selection of villas in the surrounding hills and valleys.

  Future development of the tourist potential of Torrox is guaranteed with the recently approved construction of a golf course and also a coastal marina.

  All the villages in the area have the necessary facilities, banks , shops, markets and are well used to dealing with the wide range of nationalities coming to the region.
